Is it really a fixed price?
Yes. You get one price before we start, and that's what you pay. The only extras are things you ask for later, and we always quote those first.
What's the difference between paying once and monthly?
Pay once and the website is yours from day one; you can add a care plan if you want us to look after it. Pay monthly and you spread the cost, with hosting and a care plan included, for a 12-month minimum.
How long does a website take?
Most Basic and Get Found websites take 2 to 3 weeks once we have your content. Bigger sites and online stores take 4 to 6 weeks. We give you a date before we start.
Do I own my website and domain?
Your domain is always registered in your name. If you pay once, the website is yours from day one. On monthly, it becomes yours after 24 months, or you can buy it out at any time.
What do I need to give you?
Your logo (if you have one), photos of your work, and the basics about your business. If you don't have text for your pages, we can write it for you.
Do you work outside Johannesburg?
Yes. We're based in Johannesburg and work with businesses across South Africa, including Pretoria, Cape Town and Durban. Everything can be done online and on WhatsApp.
How do payments work?
Pay once: 50% to start and 50% before launch. Monthly: a setup fee, then a monthly debit order or EFT. All prices are in South African Rand.
